The connectors support 900µm, 2.0, or 3.0mm fiber optic cabling. Featuring an exclusive hinge-based design and large verification windows, they allow easy confirmation of successful termination. SSF connectors are compatible with all SSF fibers and standard fiber optic cabling. Key features include termination in as little as one minute, compatibility with 250µm, 900µm, 2.0, and 3.0mm cables, no requirement for crimping or proprietary tools, and industry-leading hinge clamp strain relief. Their large confirmation window enables easy verification, and fiber insertion is simplified through a V-groove channel. Specifications include typical single mode insertion loss of 0.3 dB with a maximum of 0.6 dB, and a UPC return loss of 55dB.
