The SSF-SFP-RJ45-1G is a non-managed media converter designed for Gigabit Ethernet 10/100/1000Base-T to 100/1000Base-X conversion. It features an SFP slot compatible with various SFP types including multimode, single mode, CWDM, DWDM, and BiDi, enabling bi-directional transmission over a single fiber strand. Configuration is facilitated by DIP switches allowing fiber port speed adjustments, LFP function activation, and selection between transparent or switching converter modes. The converter supports auto-negotiation, auto MDI/MDI-X, and VLAN pass-through for IEEE 802.1Q tags. It forwards packets up to 2048 bytes in switch mode and jumbo packets up to 9K bytes in transparent mode. The robust design includes LED indicators for power status, UTP and FX port speed, and link status. Compliance with CE and FCC, IEEE 802.3 standards ensures reliability. Physical specifications include a compact form factor (20 mm W x 60 mm D x 90 mm H), 5 VDC power supply with 1 A rating, and operating conditions from 0 to 50°C with 10-90% non-condensating humidity.
