The APD8(F) is an Advanced Power Distribution Module that can be combined with AlarmSaf’s Beacon Power Supply Line to provide flexible power management for access control system integration applications. The APD(8)F is available with either 8 Class 2, power limited or individually fused, relay controlled, independently programmable outputs and features a variety of input option modes, latching or non-latching fire alarm interface (FAI) for egress control and visual status indication. Applications include mag lock control, door strike control, reader power, system power, request to exit power and fire alarm interface (FAI) for emergency exit. The APD8 and APD8F modules have been tested and listed to the following industry standards- UL/ANSI 294, UL/ANSI 1481, CSA-C22.2 N0.205, CSFM, NY MEA.
