A local HDMI output allows for easy IMAG (image magnification). The system works on an IP-based infrastructure, sending video and control signals over the LAN using IP switching and configuration protocols. By offloading the extension and switching to a PoE switch, total cost of the system is reduced, providing a simple, more affordable alternative to traditional extension systems.
