Brushed stainless: the rounded corners are mirror-polished and each flat surface is polished with a 180 grit #4 finish. There is an access panel on the backside. Whereas a competing bollard that uses a lightweight 2-piece anchor-bollard design will begin to wobble shortly after the initial installation, this heavy duty stainless steel tower will hold steady regardless of the use and abuse because of its one-piece design (post and base are welded together) and its .25" thick base plate that get secured to the floor.
