The SS-807 is an omni-directional mic level microphone designed for use in law enforcement facilities, corrections, or areas with high levels of vandalism. When used with an IP camera supporting “mic in” audio, no external power is required. The microphone picks up sounds from approximately 12 feet away in all directions. Its anti-ligature design mounts flush onto a single gang backbox (not included). Built in baffling protects the microphone from tampering and damage, making it suitable for higher risk environments.
